Z - Beginners 

In these  classes  Michael  teaches  new arrivals  with bases of aikido. 

Z + P - Beginners and  Advanced

Classes are led from simple technics to complicated ones. 

Children:

These classes are designed for children from 6 to the 14 years. Children learn right poise here, breathing, respect, art of fall and so on.  Mostly instruct by games.

Price:

Children: 350 CZK/month.    Adults: 650 CZK/month, student at a reduced price 550 CZK/month.
